Responsibilities

  1. Ability to prepare the cabin,
    attend briefings, and check safety equipment.

  2. Greet passengers, assist with
    seating, and provide safety demonstrations.

  3. Ability to serve food, drinks,
    and attend to passenger needs.

  4. Monitor the cabin, handle
    emergencies, and ensure compliance
    with safety procedures.

  5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness
     throughout the flight.

  6. Assist passengers with disembarking,
    complete paperwork, and prepare

    for the next flight.

Skills Required

  • Must be Female Indian nationals,
    with Indian Passport, between 18 to 27 years of age.

  • Must Passed 10+2 examination,
    from a recognized Board or University.
    Fluency and clarity of speech in
    both English and Hindi respectively.

  • Minimum of 155 CM’s, and
    weight proportionate to BMI.

  • Positive body language and well groomed.

  • No tattoos should be visible while in uniform.

  • Candidate should be flexible
    to relocate at any IndiGo base.

  • Job knowledge and skills
    (if has prior flying /aviation/ other experience)

  • Personality/Poise/Etiquette/
    Maintaining Composure
