Support Associate.

Location Noida - Work From Home
Salary - 1.70 LPA - 2.10LPA
Job
Criteria:
Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal.
Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.
Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
Candidate should be comfortable working with WFH as per business requirements.
Candidate should have at least a year experience in International Voice Process.
Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating system.
Typing 30 WPM and 80% accuracy.
Job Description:

Have to resolve customer queries over
Calls.
·
Have to solve the queries or the
problems of the customers.
·
Customer support Associate - Domestic level.
·
Candidates should be able to speak any of the
3 languages.
·
Its a 24*7 operation with predominant Day shift
window.(9Hour Login )
·
Work schedule- Six days working with 1 day
rotational week off.
·
We would be needing candidate who can converse
in decent Hindi with any of regional language.
